We would like to offer to our clients and investors, several projects for silviculture and industrialization of TEAK. As rural producers we have enough experience to do all the fieldwork necessary for a Teak plantation with the lower cost possible.
We are looking for INVESTORS PARTNERS with our interest of participating as PRODUCERS PARTNERS. Teak plantation activity characterizes by a high profitability and long term return from 18 to 25 years. We offer also projects on areas already planted, with a 6 to 8 years medium term return.
The investments could be done by individuals, companies or group of investors.

For meetings away from our office we charge a consultancy fee of R$500,00 (Five hundred Reais) per day plus travel expenses.
