on this internet form, here by this AUTHORIZE Mr. Ely Wagner Corral
Martins, Brazilian, married, cattle breeder, id# 4210431-2 SSP/SP,
CPF 543865788-20, with residence on Avenida Pedro Lenardon, 262,
Presidente Prudente - SP, through the realtor company FAZENDASFLORESTA.COM.BR,
CRECI 46.279, as well as through other associates, to intermediate
the sale of said property. This authorization covers all of the
acts relative to the realtors activities. If any alteration of the
property information become modify, the owner will be under the
obligation of supplying all of the pertinent correct information
for its actualization of the site, being of his exclusive responsibility
all the information delivered. This authorization is given for a
period of 30 (thirty) days starting on this date, renewable for
the same period and will not be afected by any charges, cost or
expenses between FAZENDASFLORESTA.COM.BR and the owner. If the sale
is done through FAZENDASFLORESTA.COM.BR the owner will be resposible
for the retainer of 5% (five percent) of the total sale value, due
on receibing the down payment and /or enough installments to cover
this retribution of the services rendered..
